When will my order ship?
Your order should be fulfilled within in 1-2 biz days. If we're running behind, out of stock, or otherwise delayed, we'll give you a heads up as soon as we can.

 

How long does shipping take?
The short answer is, it depends. Most orders arrive within 5 days, but if you live near us in the PNW, it could be as soon as 1-2 days!

 

Where is my order?
After your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package. Keep in mind, tracking might take 24 hours to update!

 

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
So sorry something went wrong! Please let us know ASAP so we can make things right by sending you a replacement.
