If you're not loving our products, no hard feelings! We know skincare is super personal, so we're happy to accept returns of lightly-used products within 30 days of purchase.

We'll refund your purchase, minus the cost of a shipping label to send your product(s) back to us. 

To get the process started, send us an email at hello@clerstory.com with your order number. We'll reply with a shipping label ready for you to mail your item(s) back. Your refund will be processed 1-3 biz days after we receive your shipment.

P.S. We can only accept returns of products sold on clerstory.com, so if you purchased your items from a retailer, please reach out to them regarding their return policy. Thanks!
